Is crystal engraving currently available?

Crystal photo engraving is temporarily unavailable while we upgrade this service, so we are not taking orders at this time. We expect to reopen soon — please check back, or contact our Jean Talon studio to be notified when it returns.

How long does crystal engraving take?

Accepted Answer

When the service is running, most crystal engravings are ready within 7-10 days, with rush options for special occasions. Crystal engraving is currently paused, so turnaround times will be confirmed once the service reopens.

What photo quality do I need for crystal engraving?

Accepted Answer

High-resolution photos work best, and we can enhance older or lower-quality images. Digital files are easiest, but we can work from a print. Bring it in and we will tell you what we can get out of it.

Can you engrave multiple people in one crystal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Family portraits, wedding parties and group photos all work well. We keep group samples at the studio so you can see how they turn out.

Do crystals come with display bases?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an LED base comes with most packages. We also carry rotating bases, colour-changing LEDs and wood options if you want something different.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep a full sample collection at the Jean Talon studio, covering sizes, shapes and engraving styles. Plenty of people come by just to look before ordering. No appointment needed.
